Gather

Privacy Policy

Effective October 23, 2026

Gather is a personal workspace for tasks, projects, notes and a calendar, available at gatherspace.work. It is designed so that your work stays with you: in your browser and in your own Google Drive. This page explains what information Gather handles and why.

Your workspace content

Tasks, projects, notes, checklists and settings you create in Gather are stored in two places, both belonging to you:

Gather does not keep a copy of your workspace content on its own servers. The app-data folder is private to Gather; other apps cannot read it, and Gather cannot see any other file in your Drive.

Signing in

You sign in with your Google account. Authentication is handled by Supabase, which stores your account identity on Gather's behalf: your email address, name, profile picture link, Google account ID, and sign-in session records. Gather never sees or stores your Google password.

Gather asks Google for permission to view your basic profile and email, and to manage its own app-data folder in your Drive. It requests nothing else.

What Gather does not do

Gather's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
